WILMINGTON, North Carolina – The Seahawks visit Buies Creek tonight as they look to regroup following a 5-2 loss to 25th-ranked Coastal Carolina on Tuesday at Brooks Field. UNCW dropped the first game of its annual home-and-home series with Campbell earlier this season.

In the only game this season between Coastal Carolina and UNCW, the Chanticleers rode a pair of home runs to a non-conference road win. Casey Schoeder and Zach Remillard connected on homers while the CCU pitching staff fended off the Seahawks, allowing two runs, one earned, on eight hits.

Evan Phillips will make the start tonight for UNCW while the Camels counter with Matt Meyer.

The Seahawks return to Brooks Field and conference play this weekend when they host Delaware. The series opens Friday at 6 p.m.
