Season Ticket Holders
• If a game is
rescheduled, the original ticket and seat location is valid for the new date and time.
• If a game is
canceled, Season Ticket Holders may return their original ticket(s) to the UNCW Athletic Ticket Office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) in exchange for any regular season game
(Baseball - EXCEPT ECU, NCSU, UNC) that is not sold out.

BASEBALL only: Exchanges can be made at the Brooks Field ticket booth on game day, but fans are encouraged to exchange in advance at the UNCW Athletic Ticket Office (Trask Coliseum Room 110) to avoid long lines on game day.
•
MEN’S & WOMEN’S SOCCER only: Exchanges can be made at the Soccer Field ticket booth on game day. All seats are general admission.
• Any unused exchange opportunities do not carry over to the following season.
- Ex: The Western Carolina game is canceled due to poor weather and is not rescheduled. A Season Ticket Holder can choose to exchange the Western Carolina ticket(s) for any other regular season game (Baseball – EXCEPT ECU, NCSU, UNC) that is not sold out. The season ends without the Season Ticket Holder utilizing the exchange opportunity. The Season Ticket Holder cannot exchange the Western Carolina ticket(s) for a game played in the following season.
• Season tickets are not eligible for a refund on a single game basis.
Individual Game Ticket Holders
• If a game is
rescheduled, the original ticket and seat location is valid for the new date and time.
• If a game is
canceled, Individual Game Ticket Holders may: (a) exchange their ticket in advance to any other regular season game by calling the UNCW Athletics Ticket Office at (910) 962-3233 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or (b) bring their ticket stub to the field ticket booth for exchange at any remaining regular season home game, subject to seat availability at the time of arrival.

NO REFUNDS once tickets have been purchased.
Men's & Women's Basketball
• If a game is
rescheduled, the original ticket and seat location is valid for the new date and time.
• If a game is
canceled, Individual Game Ticket Holders may: (a) exchange their ticket in advance to any other regular season game by calling the UNCW Athletics Ticket Office at (910) 962-3233 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or (b) bring their ticket stub to the arena ticket booth for exchange at any remaining regular season home game, subject to seat availability at the time of arrival.
