Buchanan Honored Following Impressive Debut

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Sadie Buchanan, a UNCW freshman, set program standards in two events during her collegiate debut and was named Track Athlete of the Week by the Coastal Athletic Association on Tuesday.

Buchanan fashioned times of 14.10 seconds in the 100 Hurdles and followed that with a time of 1:01.54 in the 400 Hurdles at the Seahawk Invitational earlier this month.

UNCW returns to action this weekend at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
