Men's Tennis Records Five Wins On Saturday

ATHENS, Ga. – UNCW fashioned a record of 5-2 on Saturday with three wins at singles in the Southern Intercollegiate at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

Joseph Waynard, Alex de Gabriele and Lukas Steffen posted wins over Mercer, Georgia and Georgia Tech, respectively.

In doubles play, Waynard and de Gabriele topped a squad from Mercer and Trey Mallory and Steffan topped a doubles squad from Georgia.

The tournament concludes on Sunday with matches getting underway at 8:30 a.m.
