CHARLOTTE, N.C. – UNCW closed out the regular season on Sunday with a 4-1 loss to nationally-ranked Tulsa in Charlotte.

The Golden Hurricane improved to 15-12 with the non-conference win, while the Seahawks fell to 10-11 entering next weekend's Coastal Athletic Association Championships in Williamsburg, Va.

Alex de Gabriele posted UNCW's only win of the day, taking a 6-3, 6-2 decision at number two singles.

The Seahawks will learn on Monday the field for the upcoming conference tournament at 3 p.m.
