Rasamatov, Falck Advance At Wake Invite

WINSTON-SALEM, North Carolina – Juniors Bekzhzod Rasamatov and Reece Falck of UNCW advanced in the A singles flight on the opening day of the Wake Forest Men's Tennis Invitational Friday at the Wake Forest Tennis Center.

The Seahawks fashioned a 2-2 record in singles and 0-4 mark in doubles on the day.

In singles, Rasamatov topped Georgia Southern's Pol Del Castillo, 6-3, 6-4, while Falck defeated James Madison's Julian Lozano, 6-3, 6-0.

Play continues Saturday at 9 a.m. with two rounds of singles. The main and backdraw championships of the singles and doubles flights are slated for Sunday.
