WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) has named the UNCW men's tennis team to its 2026 ITA All-Academic Team list, with three Seahawks also earning Division I ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.

"I am very proud of our team for the success they have shown in the classroom," head coach Mait DuBois said. "We have a number of players really striving for excellence in everything that they do. We are very appreciative of the ITA for its recognition."

The honor marks the third consecutive year the Seahawks have earned ITA All-Academic Team recognition. To qualify, programs must post a cumulative team grade point average of 3.2 or higher. UNCW finished the spring semester with a 3.421 team GPA.

Auggie Ballantine, Jordi Domenech and Andrew Hayduke II were also recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes after each recorded a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher during the academic year.
