Klausen Finishes Seventh At NC State Invite

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Junior Courtney Klausen closed out her fall season on Friday with a seventh-place finish in the women's 3-meter board to lead UNCW at the NC State Invitational at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Klausen, who also finished seventh in Thursday's 1-meter dive finals, scored 256.80 points in fashioning the top-eight finish. She advanced to the finals after placing fourth in the preliminaries earlier in the day with 270.05 points.

Tatum Church and Trinity McNall finished fifth and sixth, respectively, in the consolation finals of the 3-meter event. Church recorded 248.25 points and McNall totaled 238.50.

Ethan Graff and Caleb Brantley finished 15th and 16th, respectively, in the 1-meter.
