WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW head men's golf coach Daniel Bowden, in his third season leading the program, has announced the signings of Walker Isley and Sander Akeren to play for the Seahawks in 2020-21.

"We are excited to welcome Walker and Sander into the Seahawk Golf Family'" said Bowden. "I believe both young men will be players who can help us continue to succeed in the CAA and nationally. Most importantly, they are both high character people who will be outstanding teammates and additions to the Wilmington community."

Isley, a local product hailing from Oak Island, N.C., is the two-time reigning Wilmington Star News Area Player of the Year while competing for South Brunswick High School.
