Seahawks Conclude Lady Paladin Invitational

GREENVILLE, South Carolina – UNCW's Mallory Fobes and Victoria Levy finished among the top 30 on the individual leaderboard as the Seahawks closed out play at the Furman Lady Paladin Invitational at the Furman University Golf Course on Sunday afternoon.

The Seahawks (297-309-285=891) concluded the event in 10th place among the 16 teams. The host Paladins and Augusta were co-champions of the three-day tournament while Furman's Anna Morgan captured individual medalist honors in the 99-player field.

Fobes (71-78-71=220) tied for 24th to lead UNCW. The fifth year Fobes produced 32 pars, nine birdies and an Eagle on Hole No. 13 in the second round.

Levy (76-76-70=222) paced the Seahawks on the final day with a two-under score in the third round that included an Eagle on Hole No. 13.

UNCW resumes action at the Illini Women's Invitational at the historic Medinah Country Club from Oct. 8-9.
