Women's Soccer Preview: East Carolina

WILMINGTON, North Carolina -- The UNCW women's soccer team continues play when it travels to East Carolina for a Thursday night contest at Johnson Stadium.
 
The Seahawks enter with an 0-3 record this season while the Pirates are 2-1-1.
 
Thursday night's contest can be streamed on ESPN+ with live stats available at UNCW Soccer Stadium.
 
UNCW makes its first road trip since opening the season at Coastal Carolina on Aug. 17. The Pirates are the first of four in-state opponents on the Seahawks' schedule this year.
 
Forwards McKenna Gardner and Kayla Burroughs have combined for nine shots this season.
 
The Seahawks return home on Sunday when it will battle Queens at 1 p.m. UNCW will honor four players – Kenady Adams, Makaya Parham, Bentley Settin and Hanna Wise – in a Senior Day ceremony prior to kick-off.
