Longwell Named USC All-East

WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW red-shirt sophomore Hailey Longwell was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region team on Tuesday after helping the Seahawks to a Coastal Athletic Association South Division crown this fall.

Longwell, who was named to the second team, was honored as the CAA's Attacking Player of the Year and earned First-Team All-CAA honors.

In 18 games, Longwell registered team-highs in goals (7) and points (18) and tied for the lead with four assists. In conference play, she totaled 15 points, including six goals.

Longwell's honor is the first for the program since 2021, when three Seahawks earned All-East honors, including Audrey Harding (1st Team), Sophie Trepohl (2nd Team) and Talia Parrous (3rd Team).

The Seahawks finished the 2025 season with a .722 win percentage, surpassing the mark of .719 set in 2021 for the best single-season win percentage in program history. They also closed out the season with a 10-game unbeaten streak that will carry over to the 2026 season.
