2022 (Iowa State): Started 16 matches for the Cyclones…One of three Cyclones who collected 1,300 total minutes played…Attempted five shots with two being considered on goal…Adams was credited an assist in ISU’s upset victory over #24 Michigan on Sept. 1st.

2021 (Iowa State): Appeared in 12 games and made 10 starts … logged 764 minutes in the Cyclone middle third … registered two assists, tied for the third-most on the team … recorded 11 shots and four shots on goal … assisted on the game-winner against Kansas State that sent ISU to the Big 12 Tournament … had an assist and a season-best three shots on Oct. 14 against Texas Tech.

2020-21 (Iowa State): Played in and started all 13 games for the Cyclones during the 2020-21 season ... played a total of 1,195 minutes ... had one goal and one assist on the season ... played 90+ minutes eight times ... scored first goal of the season in Iowa State's thrilling 2-1 overtime victory over Baylor on Sep. 25 ... assisted on Courtney Powell's 90th minute goal in a 1-1 tie vs. KU on Nov. 6 ... had 24 shot attempts with 11 on goal.
