Baseball Preview: at East Carolina

GREENVILLE, N.C. – UNCW closes out the annual home-and-home series with East Carolina and opens a four-game road swing on Tuesday with a 6:30 p.m. start at Clark-LeClair Stadium.

The game will be streamed on ESPN+ and aired locally on ESPN Wilmington 101.7 FM.

The first game of the series was a pitcher's dual as the Pirates scored twice in the eighth inning to break a 1-all deadlock for a 3-1 win at Brooks Field.

Both programs swept their respective conference series last weekend with the Pirates knocking off UCF in Orlando and the Seahawks doing so against Towson at Brooks Field.

The Seahawks continue their brief road stretch this weekend at Delaware. First game of the series with the Blue Hens is set for 7 p.m. at Bob Hannah Stadium.
