The Seahawks (4-0) play host to the Red Foxes and the Bison (0-4) starting on Friday, Feb. 18, with a doubleheader against Marist. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. followed by a 4:30 p.m. start time in the second game.

On Saturday, the Bison and Red Foxes square off at 10 a.m. UNCW then plays another twinbill against Bucknell (12:30 p.m.) and Marist (3 p.m.) to complete the tournament's second day.

The Red Foxes conclude their weekend against the Bison at 10 a.m. on Sunday. The Seahawks cap the weekend against the Bison at 12:30 p.m.

UNCW, which begins 18-straight home games this weekend, enters after a four-game sweep over Toledo and Charleston Southern last weekend in Charleston, S.C.

Senior pitcher/infielder Janel Gamache captured Colonial Athletic Association Softball Player of the Week honors after blasting three home runs and seven RBI, including a walk-off, two-run shot in the season opener against the Rockets last Saturday.

Freshman right-hander Kara Hammock (2-0), who earned CAA Softball Pitcher of the Week, tossed a three-hit, complete-game shutout with nine strikeouts in her college debut at CSU. The Mechanicsville, Va., product followed that up with another seven-inning effort, including 10 strikeouts, on Sunday.

Following the weekend, the Seahawks host Canisius for a midweek doubleheader on Wednesday before both teams join NC Central for another weekend tournament at Boseman Field beginning on Friday, Feb. 25
