WILMINGTON, North Carolina – Junior Maddy Kline and graduate student Nicole Lott won their sixth straight match, but UNCW was on the losing end of a 4-1 decision against North Florida on Saturday at the Dig and Dive Invitational.

The Ospreys ran their record to 12-7 with the win while the Seahawks dipped to 12-9.

Kline and Lott, who are in their first season playing as a pair, improved to 14-6 with the win, which was UNCW's only one in the dual.

Junior Katie McCullough and freshman Brynn Montgomery fell in three, dropping the third set, 15-12, to UNF's Brittany Pase and Callie Workman.

UNCW next competes at the Seminole Beach Battle in Tallahassee, Fla. The Seahawks open the tournament against nationally-ranked and host Florida State, on Apr. 6. It will be UNCW's final tune up for the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association championship tournament later in April.
