COLUMBIA, S.C. – UNCW carries a three-dual winning streak into the Gamecock Challenge this weekend in Columbia and will be tested early against third-ranked Hawaii on Saturday.
UNCW swept Coastal Carolina twice by the score of 5-0 earlier this week to run its record to 8-5.

The Seahawks open the tournament on Saturday morning with Hawaii at 10 a.m. and will also face UAB, Florida Gulf Coast and TCU over the course of two days.

UNCW returns to Wilmington the following weekend for their second and final home event of the season when they host Carson-Newman, Charleston, Missouri Baptist and North Florida in a two-day tournament beginning on Mar. 30 at Dig and Dive.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

1. The pairing of Katie McCullough and Brynn Montgomery have posted a record of 8-5 and have won their last four outings
2. Three different pairings have 8-5 records for the Seahawks this season
3. The Seahawks are 0-5 against nationally-ranked opponents this season and own a record of 6-5 in neutral site duals
