Volleyball Preview: College of Charleston



WILMINGTON, North Carolina – The Seahawks look to get into the win column on Wednesday when they host the College of Charleston at 7 p.m. in Hanover Hall.

The visiting Cougars were the preseason favorites in the Colonial Athletic Association coaches poll and have opened the season with a 1-1 record, with a win at Hofstra and a loss at Northeastern.

The Seahawks dropped both of their matches during their swing through the northeast, losing to Northeastern and Hofstra by identical 3-1 scores.

UNCW continues conference play on Friday when they visit reigning conference champion James Madison.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
  1. UNCW swept CofC last season and have won three straight in the series, which the Cougars lead, 17-11
