WILMINGTON, North Carolina – The Seahawks and Cardinals close out the Buffalo Wild Wings Battle at the Beach on Saturday with a 4 p.m. start at Brooks Field.

Both teams were on the opposite ends of the spectrum on Friday as UNCW rode the dominant arms of Nick Monroe and Jordan Ramsey in a 7-2 win over Richmond while Ball State dropped an 11-7 decision to Kentucky, who belted three home runs in the win.

The two programs last met in 2001 and UNCW swept a midweek twinbill from the visiting Cardinals.

Sunday's schedule for the tournament has been canceled due to expected frigid temperatures. The Seahawks will visit NC State on Feb. 17, in a 3 p.m. start in Raleigh.
