MANG CRUISES PAST SCHWENK IN ITA REGIONALS

WILMINGTON, N.C. Duke's Melissa Mang cruised past freshman Kayla Schwenk, 6-1, 6-0, in the main singles draw Friday, completing UNC Wilmington's participation in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Southeast Region Indoor Championships in Chapel Hill.

Schwenk, a newcomer from Coconut Creek, Fla., struggled against the ninth-seeded Mang at UNC Chapel Hill's Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.

Schwenk's loss left Coach Jenny Garrity's squad winless in the tournament after the Seahawks lost two singles and three doubles matches on Thursday.
