ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Seniors Elif Albayrak and Eda Arli captured the Flight A doubles titles, and Gabbie Glickstein and Sophia Catino won the Flight C doubles crown for UNCW women's tennis at the Blue and Gold Invitational on Sunday. 

Albayrak and Arli, a 2025 Coastal Athletic Association second-team pairing, recorded three victories in the Flight A bracket. The duo ended the tournament with a thrilling 7-6 (5) win in the final against Esmee Andresen and Maria Glowacka of Buffalo.

Glickstein, a senior, and Catino, a freshman, posted three straight wins, including back-to-back 6-0 shutouts in the semifinals and the final, to outlast 15 other teams in the Flight C bracket. 

Catino also reached the Flight D singles final, winning three of her four matches for a runner-up finish. Simay Keles, also a freshman, reached the Flight A singles semifinals winning two of her three singles matches.
