Altman Captures CAA Golfer of the Week

WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW senior Hannah Altman has captured Coastal Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week honors after a top-five finish at the Lady Paladin Invitational last weekend
.
Altman fashioned a personal best 68 stroke score in last Friday's opening round at Furman. The reigning CAA Individual Champion followed it up with a two-under 70 score on Saturday and went on to earn a share of fifth place.

She finished with a team-high 15 birdies in a field that featured two of the nation's top-ranked teams in Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.

The Seahawks return to action at the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational from Oct. 17-19 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
