Seahawks Announce 2024 Slate

WILMINGTON, North Carolina – The UNCW women's soccer program has announced an 18-game regular season schedule that includes nine opponents from the Carolinas in 2024.

The Seahawks will play nine home matches at the UNCW Soccer Stadium, nine road contests and two preseason friendlies as it embarks on the seventh year of UNCW Head Coach Chris Neal's tenure.

The 2024 campaign kicks off in the Queen City on Thursday, Aug. 15 at Charlotte before UNCW plays UNC Greensboro in its home opener on Sunday, Aug. 18.

The Seahawks will also host regional rivals Coastal Carolina, East Carolina and High Point in non-conference play. UNCW will visit two-time defending Sun Belt Champion and NCAA Tournament participant Old Dominion as well as Duke in preparation for a 10-game Coastal Athletic Association slate.

CAA play begins in earnest when UNCW and Campbell meet for the third straight season on Sept. 10. Defending league Champion Towson visits the Port City on Oct. 13 while the regular season concludes vs. Elon at home on Oct. 27.

A two-game preseason opens on Aug. 7 at home vs. The Citadel before traveling to play Clemson on Aug. 10.

The CAA Championships begin with the First Round on Oct. 31 followed by the semifinals on Nov. 3. The league championship game will occur on Nov. 9.

Ticket plans are available highlighted by a combo season ticket that includes admission to both Men's and Women's Soccer home games for $75/Adults and $55/Youth (12 and under).

Fans can also purchase just the Men or Women's-only plans for $55/Adult and $35/Youth (12 and under).

Individual game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
