Badrian Named CAA Freshman Diver of the Month

WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW freshman Ethan Badrian made the most of his two diving appearances in January, winning all four events, and was named Freshman Diver of the Month by the Colonial Athletic Association on Tuesday.

Badrian opened the month with a sweep of the 1 and 3-meter boards in a win at Davidson and later finished off a perfect month with two more wins against nationally-ranked NC State.

At Davidson, his mark of 327.35 points ranked third best all-time at UNCW and on the 3-meter board at NC State, he jumped into second all-time at UNCW with 365.55 points.
