Seahawks Wrap Up Emily McNall Classic

ASHEVILLE, North Carolina – The UNCW women's tennis team went undefeated in doubles on the final day to wrap up action in the Emily McNall Classic on Sunday at the Asheville Racquet Club.
 
The Seahawks went a perfect 4-0 in doubles on Sunday against opponents from Presbyterian and St. Thomas after going 3-8 in singles. UNCW went a combined 9-10 in singles and 9-3 in doubles over the two days in Asheville.
 
The Seahawks and host UNC Asheville were joined by Presbyterian, St. Thomas and Wofford in the hidden dual event.
 
Coach Hans Olsen's club continues its fall schedule next weekend when the team travels to Annapolis, Md., to compete in the U.S. Naval Academy Fall Invitational on Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
