Fobes Leads UNCW At Golfweek Fall Challenge

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – Senior Mallory Fobes carded a three-under-par 68 score to lead UNCW during Monday's second round of the Golfweek Fall Challenge at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club.

Campbell (279-277=556) holds a seven-stroke lead over Austin Peay State and Lipscomb through 36 holes of the women's golf tournament. The Seahawks concluded the second day in fifth after recording a 288-team score.

The Governor's Erica Scutt maintains a five-stroke lead over the 104-player field ahead of the final round while Fobes will enter Tuesday tied for 11th place.

UNCW's Phu Khine has a share of 20th place with a two-over-par 144 36-hole score. Sophomore Victoria Levy is tied for 23rd after recording a 2-over-par 73 score on Monday.

The final round of the Golfweek Fall Challenge begins on Tuesday at 7:50 a.m.
