Levy Earns Individual Entry to NCAA Chapel Hill Regional

WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW redshirt senior Victoria Levy has earned an individual entry into the 2026 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Regional in Chapel Hill Regional the NCAA Women's Golf Selection Committee announced on Wednesday afternoon.

The 2026 NCAA Chapel Hill Regional, hosted by the University of North Carolina, will take place May 11-13 at Finley Golf Course. It is one of six 54-hole tournaments that will feature 12 teams and six individual entries at each site for a total of 396 student-athletes competing.

The top five teams and individual not part of an advancing team from each of the six regional sites, 156 players total, will qualify for the 2026 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championships, scheduled to be played May 22-27 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Cali.

Levy punched her ticket to the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional by winning the 2026 Coastal Athletic Association Individual Championship in Southport, N.C. in mid-April. The CAA Tournament's Most Outstanding Player carded an even-par tournament score for her second win of the season following her first-place finish at UNCW's River Landing Classic in March and was also named to the CAA All-Tournament Team.

Finley will be familiar to Levy, who played the course in each of the previous two seasons, including earlier this month as part of the single-day, 36-hole Carolina Challenge Cup. The fifth year earned a share of eighth place at Finley in October 2024 with a 70-75-67=212 54-hole score.

The Lausanne, Switzerland, native is the sixth Seahawk (seventh overall) to be named the CAA individual medalist.

Levy is the seventh player in program history to be rewarded with an individual entry to an NCAA Regional. Hannah Altman (2025), Mallory Fobes (2023), Lori Beth Adams (2013, 2014), Sofia Hagsund (2010), Michelle Jarman (2006) and Nicole Flood (1990) were also selected during their respective careers.
