EATONTON, Ga. – Junior
Phu Khine posted a 2-over-par 74 in the final round as UNCW earned an 11th place finish at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational at the Great Waters Golf Course on Sunday afternoon.
The Seahawks carded their best effort of the tournament with a 307 team score in the final round. North Florida took the team title after authoring a 291 team score to finish ahead of Old Dominion and host Mercer.
Khine finished in a tie for 15th place with an 11-over-par tournament score (78-75-74=227) while sophomore
Mallory Fobes followed with a share of 20th place at 12-over par (75-77-76=228).
Senior
Keri Kenkel fired a 6-over-par 78 in the final round to close the tournament in a tie for 43rd place.
