WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW and nationally-ranked Coastal Carolina meet for the second and final time this season when the two programs take the field on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. start at Brooks Field.

Coastal Carolina (26-12, 12-3 SBC) is ranked as high as 20th in the national polls and leads the Sun Belt's East Division with a 12-3 mark after winning 2-of-3 at Troy over the weekend. The Chanticleers won the first game of the home-and-home series with UNCW by a score of 10-5 in Conway in late Feb.

The Seahawks (21-14, 5-4 CAA) dropped 2-of-3 over the weekend at defending CAA champion Delaware. UNCW blanked the Blue Hens, 10-0, behind six strong innings from CAA Rookie-of-the-Week Gage Herring, who lost his no-hit bid with one out in the sixth inning. It was the only hit he surrendered and one of two hits for UD on the afternoon.

Wednesday's starting pitchers are RHP Zach McCambley (1-0, 6.75 ERA) for the Chants and LHP Blake Morgan (1-0, 0.44) for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks are opening an eight-game homestand with Wednesday's contest and return to CAA play this weekend when they host Towson for three games beginning on Friday.
