WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW returns to Brooks Field this weekend when it hosts Appalachian State in a three-game series beginning on Friday at 4 p.m.

The Seahawks improved to 3-1 on Tuesday with a 5-4 win at nationally-ranked North Carolina, overcoming a 3-0 deficit in the first inning. ASU, meanwhile, opened its season dropping two of three games at UNCG.

Alex Royalty will get the starting nod for UNCW on Friday followed by Zarion Sharpe and Logan Beehler on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

All three games will be streamed on the Seahawk Digital Network while 95.9 FM The Ticket will broadcast Friday and Sunday's games.
