WILMINGTON, North Carolina – After enjoying the results of an exciting win over Towson, the UNCW women's basketball team moves ahead on Sunday afternoon by welcoming College of Charleston to Trask Coliseum for a 2 p.m. rematch against the Cougars.

The Seahawks, who will be aiming to win back-to-back games for the first time since the end of the 2014-15 regular season, improved to 7-12 overall and 2-6 in the CAA after edging Towson, 59-56, on Friday night. It was the Seahawks' seventh straight victory over the Tigers and their second triumph in the last three games.
Senior guard
Amber Reeves put the finishing touches on a season-high 11-point performance in Friday's win by hitting the game-winning shot, a three-point field goal from the right corner with 1.5 seconds remaining in regulation. Meanwhile, redshirt senior guard

Madison Raque chipped 11 points.
Raque, who has tallied 10 double-digit scoring efforts this season, is the Seahawks' leading scorer with an 11.3 average while playing a team-high 33.2 minutes per outing. Steele paces the Seahawks with 69 assists and 22 steals while contributing 7.7 points per game.
The Cougars, who are 6-13 overall and 3-5 in the CAA, ended a four-game losing streak on Friday afternoon by dispatching Hofstra, 71-55, in front of an Education Day crowd at TD Arena. Senior guard
Breanna Bolden, the reigning CAA Defensive Player of the Year, notched her seventh double-double of the year with 21 points and 13 rebounds while becoming the program's all-time leading scorer in the Division I era.
Bolden is the Cougars' leader in scoring and rebounding, averaging 17.8 points and 8.7 rebounds per contest. Redshirt junior forward
Tanisha Brown is adding 12.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per contest for the Cougars, who are 3-8 away from home this season.
Charleston leads the all-time series over the Seahawks by an 11-9 margin and has won the last four encounters after posting a 76-37 verdict three weeks ago in the Lowcountry.
The Seahawks head back on the road after Sunday's game to visit Delaware on Friday, Feb. 3, for a 7 p.m. contest against the Blue Hens. Â
