WILMINGTON, North Carolina – As the UNCW women's basketball team prepares to play its final home game of the 2015-16 season, the Seahawks hope to send senior guard Shatia Cole with one final win on her home floor when they host Delaware on Sunday afternoon.

Opening tip-off in the Colonial Athletic Association contest between the Seahawks and the Blue Hens from Trask Coliseum is slated for 2 p.m. Tickets for Sunday's game are available by calling the UNCW Athletics Ticket Office at 800-808-UNCW or by visiting the Tickets page at UNCWSports.com.

In addition, live stats for Sunday's game can be viewed by visiting UNCWStats.com. A live audio and video broadcast can be seen for free on the Seahawk Digital Network via UNCWSports.com.

Cole, along with graduate assistant coach Steven Rhodes, will be honored in a pre-game ceremony at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Sunday. A two-year letter winner for the Seahawks after transferring from Coastal Carolina, Cole is the Seahawks' leading scorer this season with a 12.7 average and has scored in double figures in 13 of her last 15 games.

Meanwhile, Rhodes is in his second season as the Seahawks' graduate assistant coach after serving as a manager for the program.

In addition to trying to give Cole and Rhodes a win in their final appearance at Trask Coliseum, the Seahawks will be aiming to end a season-high five-game losing streak after dropping a 77-41 decision against defending CAA champion James Madison on Friday night. The Seahawks' last win came on their home floor with a victory over William & Mary on Feb. 7.

Currently 14-13 overall and 9-7 in the CAA, the Blue Hens will be playing their final road game of the regular season when they visit the Port City on Sunday afternoon. Delaware lost for the second time in three games after suffering a 62-45 setback against Elon on Friday night at Alumni Gym.

Senior guard Courtni Green is the Blue Hens' leading scorer this season with a 12.4 average while senior guard Erika Brown is contributing 11.7 points per game. Brown also enters Sunday's game needing just five points to reach 1,000 for her career. She would become the 26th player in UD history to reach the mark.

The Seahawks and the Blue Hens will be meeting for the 31st time in a series Delaware leads by a commanding 22-8 margin. Delaware has won 10 of the last 11 meetings in the series after claiming a 67-59 verdict over UNCW on Jan. 8 in Newark.

After Sunday's game, the Seahawks complete their regular season schedule with a visit to College of Charleston on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m.
