Agents/Advisors wishing to represent UNCW student-athletes must register with both the State of North Carolina and the UNCW Department of Athletics prior to contacting the student-athlete(s). To initially register with the UNCW Department of Athletics, please fill out the registration form below and return it to our office. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
