WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW women's basketball has finalized its 2026-27 schedule following the Coastal Athletic Association's announcement of the conference slate Thursday.

The Seahawks will play a 30-game schedule this season, including 15 home contests and 15 road games. UNCW opens the campaign with an exhibition game at NC State on Oct. 24 before beginning the regular season Nov. 3 against Barton at Trask Coliseum.

The 11-game nonconference schedule also features contests against Wake Forest (Nov. 12), Presbyterian (Nov. 16), Coastal Carolina (Dec. 6), Queens (Dec. 13) and North Carolina (Dec. 28).

CAA play begins Jan. 1 when the Seahawks host Monmouth at Trask Coliseum before welcoming North Carolina A&T on Jan. 3. UNCW then hosts Northeastern (Jan. 15), a rematch of the Seahawks' 51-50 victory in the first round of the 2026 CAA Championship, before welcoming William & Mary (Jan. 17), two teams the Seahawks defeated at home last season. The homestand continues with Campbell (Jan. 24), Towson (Feb. 5), Stony Brook (Feb. 7) and Hofstra (Feb. 19) before UNCW closes its home schedule against reigning CAA champion Charleston on Feb. 28.

The Seahawks open conference road play at Hofstra on Jan. 8 before traveling to Hampton (Jan. 22), Charleston (Jan. 29), North Carolina A&T (Jan. 31), Drexel (Feb. 12), Northeastern (Feb. 14), Elon (Feb. 21) and William & Mary (Feb. 26).

UNCW concludes the regular season at Campbell on March 6 before competing in the CAA Women's Basketball Championship, scheduled for March 10-14, 2027, at CareFirst Arena in Washington, D.C.
