DURHAM, N.C. – UNCW men's and women's outdoor track and field turned in several strong performances at the Duke Twilight as the Seahawks continued their final tune-up before the CAA Championship.

UNCW highlighted the meet with a strong showing in the men's 4x400-meter relay, as the team clocked a time of 3:10.37 to finish fifth overall, just over two seconds off its program record set earlier this season.

Cameron Wright led the Seahawks with a runner-up finish in the 110-meter hurdles, posting a time of 13.95 to move to No. 4 in program history.
Ivan Poag added a fourth-place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 49-11.

On the women's side,
Myla Watson placed fourth in the high jump with a clearance of 5-7 3/4.
Carly Gordinier tied for 10th in the pole vault at 12-9 1/2, matching Bridget Sachs of Holy Cross.
