Women's Tennis Preview: at Mount Olive / at UNCA

WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW returns to the road this weekend when it visits Mount Olive and UNC Asheville for a pair of non-conference matches.

The Seahawks eased past Longwood, 5-2, in their season opener last weekend in Farmville, Va. After surrendering the doubles point, the Seahawks collected wins in five of the six singles matches. Elif Albayrak, Katelyn Hubbard and Alex Borcich posted straight-set wins while Eda Arli and Gabbie Glickstein fashioned three-set victories.

UNCW opens its home slate on Mar. 1, with a noon start against Presbyterian.
