Men's Basketball Preview: at Northeastern

BOSTON, Mass. – The Seahawks return to the road this week when they visit Northeastern and Stony Brook for a pair of Coastal Athletic Association contests beginning on Thursday.

UNCW (13-5, 4-2 CAA) carries a four-game winning streak into the brief swing through the northeast and has moved into a tie for second in the league behind conference leader Drexel (7-0).

The Seahawks open the swing with a 7 p.m. start at Northeastern on Thursday in a game streamed on FloHoops.tv and conclude the trip on Saturday with a CBS Sportsnet game at Stony Brook at 4 p.m.

Trazarien White continued his torrid season last week, averaging 24 points and nine rebounds in a pair of wins over Elon and College of Charleston.

KJ Jenkins averaged 19 points per game and scored a season-high 20 in the Charleston win.
