MBB Preview: at No. 12 Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. – UNCW looks to get back in the win column on Saturday when it visits 12th-ranked Kentucky on Saturday for a 4 p.m. start at Rupp Arena.

The Seahawks were edged by longtime rival East Carolina, 74-66, on Thursday in Greenville to slide to 5-2 on the season. Shykeim Phillips paced the offense with 20 points.

Kentucky, meanwhile, ran past eighth-ranked Miami, 95-73 to win its sixth home game of the season. Six Wildcats are averaging double-digit scoring this season.

The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network and Mike Vaccaro will have the radio call on 95.9 The Breeze in Wilmington and online at 959TheBreeze.com.
