WALLACE, North Carolina – The final day of play at the 19th annual River Landing Classic has been canceled due to snow that fell at River Landing Golf Course on Tuesday morning.

As a result, the tournament scores will revert to the first round after Monday's second round was not completed due to darkness. Middle Tennessee claimed the team title after finishing the first round at two-over par while Campbell, Rutgers, East Tennessee State and Memphis all shared second place.

East Tennessee State's Hee Ying Loy earned individual medalist honors after carding a four-under par 68 on Monday while Ashleigh Greenham of Rutgers and Jenna Burris of Middle Tennessee finished in a tie for second place at one-under par.

Host UNCW, which claimed a share of sixth place, was led by freshman
Phu Khine, who shared fourth place with an even-par 72. Junior
Thao My Nguyen followed in a tie for eighth place after shooting a one-over par 73.

The Seahawks continue their spring schedule on Mar. 15-16 by competing at the UNC Tar Heel Classic in the Dominican Republic.
