WILMINGTON, North Carolina – After over a month away from home, the No. 13 UNCW men's soccer team makes its long-awaited return to UNCW Soccer Stadium on Saturday night for a 7 p.m. non-conference fixture against Belmont.
The Seahawks, who are starting a five-game homestand on Saturday, bring a 9-2-1 record into Saturday's tilt after posting a 2-0 Colonial Athletic Association victory over Elon on Wednesday night. Belmont, which is 2-7-2 on the season, is winless in its last three outings after a 4-2 setback against Furman on Tuesday night.

- The Seahawks, who are 2-1-0 at home this season, will be playing in Wilmington for the first time since a 3-2 win over UNC Asheville on Sept. 9 due to the effects of Hurricane Florence.
- A win over Belmont on Saturday would give the Seahawks a 10-win season for the 15th time in program history, including its third in the last five years.
- Junior Phillip Goodrum, who posted his third two-goal game of the season on Wednesday, has moved into the CAA scoring lead with seven goals and 18 points. Sophomore Emil Elveroth follows in second place with seven goals and 17 points.
- Belmont, which has played 7 of its first 11 contests on the road, is led offensively by Ares Marlonsson's three goals and four assists.
- UNCW and Belmont have met once previously, a 2-1 victory by the Seahawks on Sept. 28, 2001.
