RAYNOR FINISHES SECOND AT NACAC GAMES; NOW HEADS TO BRAZIL
WILMINGTON, N.C. - Anna Raynor, a three-time All-American while at UNC Wilmington, finished second in the Javelin at the North America, Central America and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) Senior Championships in San Salvador, El Salvador on Friday.
In her first career international meet, Raynor recorded her second-place finish on her fifth throw with a distance of 166-10 feet. Ana Gutierrez of Mexico won the event with a distance of 169-00.
Next up for the Benson, N.C. native will be the Pan Am Game in Rio de Janiero, Brazil where she will represent the United States on July 27.
