UNCW Men's Basketball Finalizes 2026-27 Schedule

WILMINGTON, N.C. – With today's release of the Coastal Athletic Association's men's basketball conference schedule, UNCW's home slate for its seventh season under Head Coach Takayo Siddle is complete.

The Seahawks open their conference slate with longtime rival Campbell at Trask Coliseum on Dec. 31. Northeastern concludes the brief two-game homestand to open league play on Jan. 2.

UNCW visits defending CAA conference tournament champion Hofstra on Jan. 23 before returning to Trask for a Jan. 28 showdown with the College of Charleston.

The second game of the annual series with Charleston is set for Feb. 27 at TD Bank Arena in Charleston.

Other home games include Towson (Jan. 16), William & Mary (Jan. 18), Hampton (Feb. 6), Stony Brook (Feb. 13), North Carolina A&T (Feb. 25) and Elon in the regular season finale on Mar. 2.

Road contests in CAA action are North Carolina A&T (Jan. 7), Elon (Jan. 9), Monmouth (Jan. 21), Campbell (Jan. 30), William & Mary (Feb. 4), Drexel (Feb. 18), and Towson (Feb. 20).

With the previous announcement of its non-conference home schedule, UNCW will host 20 games, including three in the Live Oak Bank Holiday Classic. The Seahawks open with St Thomas on Nov. 25, followed by Princeton and Liberty on Nov. 27 and 28, respectively.

The CAA Championship tournament continues in Washington, D.C., on Mar. 5-9 at CareFirst Arena.
