UNCW Volleyball Unveils Schedule

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Highlighted by a pair of home tournaments, the Seahawks open their season on the final weekend of August.

"We were very intentional with this year's non-conference schedule," Hoyer said. "Every match is an opportunity for us to find our rhythm, create court chemistry, and continuously elevate our game so we are prepared for CAA play."

The Seahawks welcome 11 student-athletes to the roster as Hoyer begins her second season with the program. The incoming class is a blend of seven transfer and four freshmen and will join five returners from the 2025 season.

UNCW hosts Le Moyne, The Citadel and Kennesaw State in the season-opening Hampton Inn and Suites Seahawk Classic on Aug. 28-29.

The second tournament, the UNCW Hampton Inn University Invitational (Sept. 11-12), will include Norfolk State, Harvard and UNC Asheville.

Coastal Carolina returns to Hanover Hall on Oct. 14, in UNCW's last home non-conference match of the season.

The Seahawks open Coastal Athletic Association play on Sept. 25-26 at defending champion Campbell and return to Hanover Hall the following weekend to host Northeastern.

Home conference matches include Hofstra, Elon, and the College of Charleston. The Seahawks visit North Carolina A&T, Stony Brook, and Hampton.
