Volleyball Falls To UCF

DELAND, Fla. – UCF remained perfect on the season with a 3-0 sweep of UNCW on Saturday at the Edmunds Center.

The Knights raised their record to 4-0 while the Seahawks dropped their second straight to fall to 2-3 on the young season.

A'siya Magazine and Liv Womble held team-high honors for UNCW with six kills apiece.

For UCF, Ava Armour recorded a match-high 14 kills as the Knights hit .367.

The Seahawks host Gardner-Webb on Sept. 13 at 6 p.m. in the second game of the Hampton Inn University Invitational.
