Men's Tennis Blanks #48 Georgia State, 4-0

ATLANTA, Ga. – UNCW blanked 48th-ranked Georgia State, 4-0, on Sunday in men's tennis action at the GSU Clarkston Campus.

UNCW evened its record at 4-4 with the road win while the Panthers fell to 5-7.

The Seahawks captured the double point for the second consecutive outing as Reece Falck and Harold Huens posted a 6-2 win on court one. The point was clinched on court three by Gabe Hurtado and Trey Mallory with a 6-3 victory.

Mallory made it 2-0 UNCW with a straight-set win on court five and Bekhzod Rasamatov pushed it 3-0 by winning on court two. Hurtado ended the match on court four, 6-3 and 6-3.

The Seahawks next host Coastal Athletic Association newcomer Campbell on Mar. 2 at 1:30 p.m.
