Volleyball Swept By NC A&T

GREENSBORO, N.C. – North Carolina A&T rode a .330 hitting average to a straight-set sweep of UNCW on Friday in Coastal Athletic Association volleyball action at Moore Gymnasium.

The Aggies, who have clinched a berth in the upcoming conference tournament, raised their record to 16-9 overall and 11-6 in the CAA. With the road loss, the Seahawks fell to 7-17 and 4-13.

A'siya Magazine and Liv Womble had six kills apiece for the Seahawks.

The Aggies were led by Tyne Ross' 17 kills and Hannah Howell added 11.

The Seahawks conclude their season with a 3 p.m. start on Saturday.
