Rival Camels Top Volleyball, 3-1

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Emma Chappell's nine kills led a balanced offense on Friday in a 3-1 loss for UNCW at Campbell in Coastal Athletic Association volleyball action at Gore Arena.

The Camels improved to 6-17 overall and 4-9 in the conference. The Seahawks dropped to 6-14 and 3-10.

While Chappell led the way with nine kills for the Seahawks, Sarah Thompson and A'siya Magazine added eight apiece.

Campbell's Gwen Wolkow held match-high honors with 16 kills and completed a double-double with 11 digs.

The series wraps up on Saturday with a 3 p.m. start.
