Men's Soccer Preview: #9 Clemson

9WILMINGTON, North Carolina – Fresh off a last-minute win in the season opener, the UNCW men's soccer team hits the road for a 7 p.m. contest at nationally-ranked Clemson on Monday at Historic Riggs Field.

The Seahawks enter the contest 1-0 after beating American 2-1 last Thursday. The Tigers, who were ranked ninth in the United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll, fell 2-1 to UCF in their season opener.

Monday night's contest can be streamed on the ACC Network Extra through an ESPN+ subscription. Live stats will be available on UNCWStats.com.

Freshman forward Bryan Miralrio made his college debut count with the game-winning goal in the 88th minute vs. Eagles after playing 29 minutes off the bench.

UNCW will next host Northeastern to open Coastal Athletic Association play on Saturday, Sept. 3, at 7 p.m.
