UNCW, Tennessee Entertain Fans

Non-scored meet included many off-events

WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW and visiting Tennessee took a break from competition on Friday when the two programs swam in a meet featuring a multitude of events that are not part of the NCAA's competitive format in an unscored meet at the David B. Allen Natatorium.

Among the events that were on the schedule were the 50 Backstroke and Breaststrokes, 100 IM, and the 50 Fly.

The Seahawks head to the Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia next weekend for their first road tests of the season when they visit Old Dominion and William & Mary on Oct. 13 and 14, respectively. UNCW's divers, meanwhile, will take on East Carolina on Oct. 14 in Greenville.
