WALLACE, N.C. – Freshman Malu Brinker is tied for fifth with a 71-74=145 score through Monday's first and second rounds of the River Landing Classic hosted by UNCW.

James Madison paces the field with a four-stroke lead over Boston University after carding a 290-team score in the second round. 

The Seahawks enter Tuesday's final round in ninth place after shooting a 602-team score in the first 36 holes.

Junior Mallory Fobes carded a +2 (74) score in the second round to finish the first day tied for 28th place.

The third round will tee off on Tuesday, Mar. 8, with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
